Level 10. Tension.

In order to properly serve the story, you need to know what was happening with me at this point in my life. It's not pretty, but it is educational. Life decided it was time to break me down on every level. Every last little thing I had fell apart. I'll try to keep it to a minimum, but I need you to know just how bad it all was, in order to know how good it will be.

(By the way, this is the stuff I hope you're willing to slog through to get to the good stuff. :)

Every last little thing that could wrong, did go wrong. My life was an almost farcical whirlwind of suck.

My Dad got diabetes,

Mom had a stroke.

I contracted MRSA, a drug resistant disease that kills more people than AIDS does. This is what an MRSA sore looks like.

My apologies for that, but that picture perfectly Illustrates my entire life at that point.

My bank account got wiped out by identity theft.

Anna and I broke up.

Literally thirty seconds after that, my RV rental business went under.

Ten minutes after that, Anna's car got T-boned by some dude who was so distraught by his break up that he missed a stop sign.

Guys who I thought were good friends starting moving in on Anna.

The RV broke down yet again, wiping out my bank account yet again.

My  Mom had a heart attack.

That was an interesting couple of months.

I just kept spiraling down into one tragedy after another. It got to the point where I was living in filth. My cockroaches had bedbugs.

I wish that was only a joke.

It was that bad. Worse actually. Let's move on quickly.
