I was also using my crazy repeating Anna story at the clinic as a way to help the kids excavate their own patterns. Even if they didn't find anything so specific, it did help them learn the difficult art of honest introspection in regards to their own BS.
I think they also liked the fact that I was way weirder than they were.
They also liked that I had "manifested" a dream job.
One of them asked me why I didn't try to use the techniques to get Every April produced.
Hmmmm... The system has been working. Yeah, why don't I?
So I started doing the exercises..
And not very long after that, I'm sitting in my Apartment, reading a book. The phone rings.
It's Jenna Zablocki.
Jenna and I were in an acting class together way back in the day. She and I had worked on a scene from Every April together. The teachers name is IvANA Chubbok, if you’re keeping score.
Here's the Cliff's notes of what she said;
"Hey, my Manager is producing a film for me to star in. We have a million and a half dollars raised, but the script just fell through. We lose the money if we don’t get a good script soon. Would it be all right if I gave him Every April? I'm pretty sure we can make it."
Although I'm pretty sure my version sounded more like this,
So I sent in the Every April Script.
Long story short, her manager loved the script and wanted to produce it. This time I managed to say yes. But he said that with all the whitewater rafting scenes, it was going to take at least three million to do it right. So he started working on finding some more money.
I decided to run this whole story for Jenna, see what she thought of it all. Her answer?
"It's even weirder than you think."
Jenna brings a whole new level to the concept of opening a Portal.
