Level 5. Fire.

Firespinning was something I had never even heard of before, but seeing it sparked something in me, so I bought a firestaff online. I didn’t have a teacher, so I had to teach myself. I ended up having my own little Kung-Fu saga with it, but that story is a whole ‘nother after school special. The short version is that it taught me more about life than anything else ever has.

I realized the Bo staff was showing me just how and why I was sabotaging myself. (Mostly by bonking me on the head until I paid attention to the problem.) I realized the staff was externalizing all my hidden sabotage mechanism. I started paying attention to how I was learning. I made some progress.

Then one night I started pretending I could program my brain to be able to download Kung-Fu. This happened.

New skills started appearing as if by Magic. After much reverse engineering, I learned that our brains do actually run on software, our built in hardware is astonishngly powerful, and it is only our self imposed limits that keep us moving us from thinking and moving like a Jedi. Turns out all my dysfunction was/is all just a simple programming issue.

Through much trial and error, I developed Kung Flow, a selfware program that you self-install into your brain that upgrades your personal Operating System.

Keep in mind, the reason why that all sounds so weird is because we're the first generation of humans that can even have this conversation. We are the upgrade we've been waiting for.

Kung Flow showed me that by taking cues from how my home PC worked, I could actually start reprogramming the faulty code that was causing me to constantly sabotage myself.

It's all really quite simple, it's just a matter of using the staff to externalize your cognitive processes, and use it to suss out any limiting belief programs, conflicting codes or other self sabotage.

Then you program your Personal OS (your mind) through your voice recognition system,(your ears), in your operating language, (English.)

In short, you talk to yourself.
You tell yourself what you want to happen.
Then it happens.

Whatever you say to yourself becomes true.

Ever need a free day and call in to work and say "I feel sick", then start really feeling sick? We all have, and that's because our subconscious is basically a command line, much like the address bar of your browser window. It's always listening, and always says yes to whatever you input.

Also, keep in mind that those skills you saw are also something you can already do. If your brain can rock a 130 trillion calculations every second, you certainly can learn how to wave a stick around. It's just a matter of writing the appropriate selfware. The good news is that is very easy to do.  More on that soon. If you'd like to hear more about how incredible you are, check out www.kungflow.com

A quick note for the sake of psychology. This is where I need you to allow me to talk about myself, specifically my accomplishments. Unfortunately, in this world we have this cross wiring around the concept of pride. We think people that are excited and proud of their accomplishments are "Full of themselves".

While there a defintely people who need to tone it down a bit, (Kanye!) taking pride in your work and self and your work on yourself is necessary to advance your life forward.

I brought this up becuase in order to serve the story I need to tell you what happened to me after I started using this approach, and it could be misconstrued as arrogance.  Once I learned how to self program, my firespinning skills took off and I very quickly became world class.

To be entirely honest, I have not yet met anybody who I would trade skill sets with. This holds true event though I am 41 now. I'm still one of the best in the world. This is not to glorify myself, it's to let you know what's working, and how well it's working. The good news is that I'm no different from you,  so it will work for you too.

I'm might lose some of you for saying that, but that's OK. I can't play small and serve the story. Neither can you. We need people to shine bright enough to become beacons. It's better when done in a group. I guess a better word for that would be Constellation.

Not only did studying the Firestaff create a way where I could access and re-program the inner workings of my extremely cross-wired mind, and rebuild my body and confidence, it also led me to my first real love, Anna.
