So there's a movie about a guy discovering a hidden numerical pattern, that accurately predicts the future. They smash cut in on a series of numbers to prove that the code is valid, and they use the number 27 to do so.
And, if you want to get all multi-dimensional on it the numerical sequence is 1-27-8
1/27 is my EA co-writer Erin's birthday, 27/8 is mine.
Let's also add in that the female lead is DiANA.
And that the film was written by a Ryne.
And in the end, "Angels" destroy the earth.
Here's where I'd like to ask for help. The number of things that perfectly fulfill the requirements of the pattern seems like it dramatically transcends the odds of random chance. It seems way too perfect to me, especially given the lead in from "The Nines" movie.
Is there math that can be worked there? Some sort of probability equation? I have no idea how to structure something like that.

Humanity being wiped out by Mother Nature seems to be the theme of quite a few shows right now. “Children of Men” was a movie about humans inexplicably losing the ability to reproduce. (Which by the way, is actually starting to happen. Our sperm counts have dropped drastically over the last decade.) Here’s the DVD cover, look what year they set it in.
The one woman who is actually able to reproduce is named "Kee".

Kye is the little brother in Every April. Kye, as we know, means "Keeper of the Keys".
Hmm... This took me back to the interwebs, as I realized i hadn't paid much attention to the Kye character...
I learned that in ancient Sumeria, the birthplace of civilization, the Goddess of the Earth was called Ki.
The God of the Sky was called "An".
The ruler of water? EA. If you're playing the game, it's somewhat interesting that Every April's initials are EA...
Ki is also the Chinese spelling of Chi. Chi is the electrical force that creates life and animates everything.
Science has also now discovered that it's most likely that all matter is made up of different density's of light.
So perhaps recognizing that we are all made of Ki is the Key to hacking the Matrix?
This is what made me start thinking about recognition key codes. What if by merely recognizing that this was not all chance, that something as yet unexplained was at play, THAT was the Key we needed to realize that reality is far grander than we've been letting it be?
That's the game I'm choosing to play, for three reasons.
1 It's working.
2. It's really fun.
3. Reality sucks right now.
May I request that you keep your mind open to that possibility as we proceed?
Perhaps something completely as yet unknown is actually trying to gently make us aware of something incredibly new and beneficial? If there is any truth to that, movies seem by far to be the best way to reach as many people as possible.
I’m not the only one writing movies about the Arch-Angel Michael. There’s one called “LEGION”. In this one,
God is fed up with us, and has decided to send his Angels to destroy mankind. There’s that theme again. Michael has decided to defy God and come to help us.
During the course of the story, Michael steals cop car number 1127.
It's also interesting to me that it's 1127, because if you remember, people all over the world are having the number 11:11 show up for them, and 11 means Angel...
By the way, Alex Proyas, the director of "Knowing" is now making a film about the Arc-Angel Michael fighting Lucifer. Probably just a coincidence...
And speaking of 11:11, that reminds me to talk about 2012.
I don't know if you saw it, but there was this little low budget, art house independent film called "2012".
Yet another film about mother nature wiping us out like a case of diaper rash. Here's what I noticed.
The guy who put the pieces of the puzzle together, AdriAN, is makes the defining speech of the movie, on monitor D27...
According to the digital readout behind him, the Arc's heading is 27 degrees. There is also a " KT" on the readout. KT is pronounced Katy, which coincidentally, was the name of the female lead of the movie, and of course the little sister in Every April.
The Ark comes out of the storm, into the clear, on the 27th day...
Does it all mean anything? You tell me.
Oh yeah, why did 11:11 remind me of 2012?
Because the much discussed December 21 2012 winter solstice that marked the end of the Mayan calender happened at exactly 11:11 AM. But that's probably just a coincidence...
At this point I was feeling like there's a pretty good chance I'm losing my Beautiful Mind. Remember that movie? It was based on the real life story of John Nash, a brilliant mathemagician who did things with numbers no one had ever even conceived of before.
One of the things that sent him over the edge, was the Army telling him that "Secret codes were woven into the dominant media of his day..."
Uh, yeah.... about that...
They wanted him to break the code. Here's that scene.
Looks like we lost some resolution, but there is another fainter, 827 right below the one you can see.
See if you can put yourself in my tin foil hat for a minute. You have this weird suspicion that there are hidden codes woven into the dominant media of your day, then you watch this movie that not only says the exact same thing, it has the exact same codes that you've been seeing woven into it?
There's also this. The movie "The Number 23" is basically this exact same concept, only using a different number. Here we go again...
I was totally identifying with Jim Carrey's Character.. His concerned wife is not buying it. She's trying to be the voice of reason for her husband. When he starts finding 23's everywhere, her viewpoint is that:
"You've concerned yourself with minutiae and drawn wild conclusions from them".
When I heard that, I felt relieved. That actually made a lot of sense to me. It finally seemed like I had a solid answer for my situation, and I could let it all go, and get back to a nice normal life.
That lasted feeling lasted for exactly 23 seconds. I'm not kidding. That's exactly how long it took from when she said that line to when the 27 pattern re-appeared.
Was I reaching? Was I drawing wild conclusions?
Yeah, she's using 27 as a reference for random numbers. That's not helping much. Then JC starts doing some sleuthing, checks into the motel where he may or may not have killed somebody.

After all this, I'm now I'm a guy who has the number 27 uncannily woven into his life, watching a movie about a guy who has the number 23 uncannily woven into his life, and there's 3 very distinct references to the number 27 woven into the movie.
Seriously?
At this point. my question to myself was, was I losing it? Or was I seeing something important? My gut told me that something was trying to tell me something, but my mind told me that was batshit crazy. Either way, I knew I was in over my head. I finally realized I needed to learn how to ask for help, but what kind?
Who do you call for this sort of thing? Ghostbusters? Scooby Doo?
I had no idea.
So I called my parents. Told them I thought the world was going to end or something. Keep in mind this is five years ago, when it wasn't quite so Apocalyptic out. It was so much easier to live in denial then...
They thought I needed to see a Psychologist. Fair enough. I went to the Intertoobs, and did the google on practicing Psychologists in my area. I picked one Dr. Matthew Seidman because of 3 things, he’s a PHD with very impressive credentials, his office was close to my home, and he didn't have any 27’s in his address or phone number. (I'd had just about enough of that.)
Here's our first five minutes in Movie script format;
INTERIOR, DR. SEIDMANS’S OFFICE - DAY
Dr Seidman is like his office, warm and understated. He’s a kindly type, looks a lot like Phil Jackson. Ryan sits down across from him, he looks unsure of how to proceed.
DR. SEIDMAN
Well, what’s the trouble Ryan?
RYAN
I honestly have no idea how to explain it you...
DR. SEIDMAN
Well just try.
RYAN
It’s really weird.
DR. SEIDMAN
That’s Ok.
RYAN
Ok. Basically, I'm having all these strange coincidences. I'm
haunted by the number 27 and everybody in my life is named
either Anna or David.
DR. SEIDMAN
Hmmm....
RYAN
What?
DR. SEIDMAN
My parent’s names are Anna and
David...
Ryan bolts upright!
RYAN
You see! That’s what I’m talking about!
That's what always happens! What does
it mean?!!
DR. SEIDMAN
I have no idea...
Ryan slumps back down in his chair, defeated once again

See if you can try to imagine what it would be like if that actually happened to you. Because it really did to me. To me. It's a pretty F-'ing strange experience.
In case you currently can't imagine exactly what that sort of thing is like when you don't understand why it's happening, it's pretty much the equivalent of a hand grenade going off in your mind.
I wonder if my tin foil hat can be used as a helmet...
Dr. Seidman was very helpful for helping me iron out my differences with my family. I'm very grateful for that. However, the weird stuff was still very much the weird stuff and he didn't have any answers as to why.

ReplyDeleteI've seen The Matrix, The Number 23, Knowing, Stranger Than Fiction, Beautiful Mind. Just looked up The Nines on netflix and I can watch it instantly which I will try doing that for the first time after I'm finished reading...
